Our Missionary Family

God’s command to Christians is clear, “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15) It makes good sense then to be sure that missions is at the heart of a church. Harvest Hills Baptist Church takes its responsibility to witness for Jesus Christ very seriously—both at home and around the world. Every Christian cannot go “to the ends of the earth” as a missionary, but every Christian can pray regularly for the missionaries he knows, and he can give financially to support them while they serve.

At Harvest Hills Baptist Church, the first 15% of all church offerings goes to our missionaries. We currently support 35 missionaries financially—on a monthly basis. They serve under a number of different mission boards, and minister in various places in the world. We have a missionary couple or family come to our church almost every month, to present the ministry to which God has called them, and to preach a good missionary message from the Bible. We are privileged to support some of God’s choicest servants—our church’s missionaries.
